Thereafter, STREAM will arrange and verify all designs and concept renderings with a technical consultation by a home remodeling construction manager to help assess the budget with accuracy. The designer, then counsels and escorts the client throughout the home remodeling design-build process.

The mySTREAM Web platform supports the home remodeling process by digitally storing and updating the client with all their contractor contact information, home remodeling project schedules, permits copies, remodeling design documents, home remodeling project pictures, renderings, shopping lists, etc. in a secure Web space. This serves as a centralized location which provides the client with real time project overview.
